1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by hondaselot, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hondaselot as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any or all parts of these terms, you are not permitted to use hondaselot services in any form, including accessing the platform pages, creating an account, making transactions, or participating in any games or wagers available. Continued use of the service following any update to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
These terms apply to all users who access the hondaselot platform from within Indonesia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their place of residence.
2. Account Creation & Security
To use the full range of hondaselot services, users are required to create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating more than one account is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without further notice.
Users must keep their password and account credentials confidential at all times. hondaselot is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an account caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login information. Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to register for and use hondaselot services. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and accounts that cannot verify the identity of the account holder may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users commit to using hondaselot services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, system manipulation, or any other illegal activities. Any attempt to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or manipulate game outcomes in any way constitutes a serious violation that will result in account closure and possible legal action.
Users are not permitted to share their account with others, transfer their account, or allow third parties to use their account on their behalf. All activity carried out from an account is considered the action of the account owner, unless proven otherwise through an official hondaselot investigation process.
Users are also responsible for maintaining the device and internet connection used when accessing the platform. hondaselot is not responsible for interrupted game sessions or failed transactions caused by connection issues on the user's end.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the hondaselot platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the deposit amount entered is correct before confirming a transaction, as confirmed amounts cannot always be automatically corrected. For inquiries regarding problematic transactions, users must provide valid proof of payment.
hondaselot supports a variety of Indonesian local payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana), and Virtual Accounts. Each method has its own minimum and maximum transaction limits as well as estimated processing times that may vary. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the account owner. hondaselot reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests for additional verification if there are indications of unusual or suspicious activity on the account in question. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the method and verification conditions.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
hondaselot reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, including suspicious activity, use of unauthorized payment methods, or behavior that is harmful to the platform or other users. The decision to suspend or close an account is the exclusive right of hondaselot and may be carried out without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact customer support to submit a clarification request. The review process will be conducted internally, and hondaselot's final decision is binding. Balances remaining in accounts closed due to violations may not be refunded, depending on the nature and severity of the violation committed.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all balances that meet withdrawal eligibility requirements must be processed first in accordance with applicable terms. hondaselot processes voluntary account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe after the user's identity verification has been confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability & Other Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the hondaselot platform — including but not limited to text, interface design, logos, icons, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of hondaselot or third parties who have granted us a license. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using such content for commercial purposes without written permission from hondaselot.
Limitation of Liability
hondaselot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and hondaselot makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors.
Third-Party Links
The hondaselot platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services. hondaselot is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Users access such third-party services at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
hondaselot reserves the right to change, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without specific notice to individual users. Changes will be published on this page along with the update date. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the hondaselot platform operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed mechanism, and users agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction in resolving such disputes.
